“Love Thy Self” & Be an Instrument of Thy Peace”

I see both Love Thy Self and Be an Instrument of Thy Peace as directives to go within; with "Thy Self" and "Thy Peace" being the most significant part of these commands. When I think of our God/Goddess what resonates for me is divine father/mother giver of sound and light  pure love and peace, the giver of the entire realm of manifest existence. To be in conscious contact with Spirit is to be immersed in and surrounded by pure love and peace. I believe an enlightened life is being one in which pure love and peace continuously connects us to our higher self that we may know and live in the pure love and peace that is Spirit.

Taking a moment to consider the infamous that have walked among us in this lifetime; Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Teresa each whole heartily embraced these qualities to be the change, to honor the difference, whilst being in pure love and peace. Fully aware this universal pure love and peace is present within all of creation. In my observations of self and others it is clear we loose our connection to pure love and peace the moment we allow our mind dialog to be in control; focusing negative on what we don't want verses positive focus on what we do want to experience. Every person can become an instrument of love and peace in any given moment of life by consciously choosing to focus their mind positive in love and gratitude, in thought, word and responsible action.

Reading Wayne W. Dyer's article "Lord, Make Me an Instrument of Thy Peace" in the 2006 September/October issue of Unity Magazine was serendipity and I feel this paragraph resonates perfectly and beautifully validates my from the heart sharing here. "Thy Peace" is the essence of our universe. It is God at work, at play, and everywhere in between. It is infinite love. There is no anger, fear, greed, malice, or envy. There is a vast ocean of peace always available when one comes to know "Thy Peace." It is only a thought away. In this place, problems do not exist."

Life never seizes to amaze me and I love the ways the beautiful song Imagine by John Lennon presents its self on this our chosen path. Looking through Dr. Masaru Emoto's newest book The Message from Water III Love Thy Self on page 5 (In numerology Love ~ 5 is the number of unconditional Love of the Creator. When the number is five, watch for anything around you that can resonate in love and take advantage of it. Be in love and feel love surrounding you. When you choose love as the foundation of each decision, all comes to perfection in light.) Posted to left (left is receiving) is the crystal image the water formed exposed to the song Imagine. It is truly a beautiful and unique crystal where each unique element grows freely in perfect harmony.
